Golf Training

Get Ready for Golf Season!


6 Week Golf Specific Training 


Focusing on range of motion, blanace, injury prevention, core strength & stability.


6 classes -- one time a week


Currently running Wednesdays or Fridays 10am - 11am at the Buffalo Fitness Evolution.


More times and locations will be added if there is enough interest.
